Steve
Phillipps, President,
has been with the company since 1978. Like the company founder,
Steve was a cheesemaker, working in area cheese plants. He began in
the centrifuge portion of the business, eventually becoming the head of the
department and owner of the company. In addition to his responsibility for
overall management, Steve’s primary responsibility is Sales and
Consulting. His ability for trouble-shooting operations is unmatched in
the industry.

Mike Riese,
Dairy Operations Manager, has been with the company since February 1995.
His responsibilities include scheduled and emergency service for mechanical
systems as well as maintaining a trained staff of technicians. Prior to
this Mike was a machinist for Beloit Corp. and later was Quality Control
Supervisor of the fabricating department of Knight Manufacturing. Mike
served a tour of duty in the United States Air Force.

Nate
Phillipps, Parts
Manager (and brother of Steve), came to RMC from the Huber Brewery after 27
years where he was the "Under Brewmaster." Nate served four
years in the US Navy on submarine duty prior to going into the brewing
business. Nate is responsible for maintaining our well-stocked inventory
of separator parts, sanitary valves and fittings, sanitary tube/pipe, and
electronic components.

Ann
Jacobson, Office Manager, joined RMC in November, 2002 after 14 years with
AMCORE Bank in Monroe. Her experience there included accounting and
marketing. Ann received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Management
from Upper Iowa University. At RMC she is responsible for the financial
and accounting areas of the business.

Casey
Phillipps, Service Technician (son of Steve), joined RMC in 1998.
Prior to joining RMC, he worked at MTX in Winslow, Illinois. Casey is part
of the service team that performs scheduled and emergency service for our
customers.
Dennis
Phillipps, Service Technician, (and nephew of Steve), joined RMC
in 2004.
His past work experience includes working at Knight Manufacturing as a
welder. Dennis graduated from Blackhawk Technical College with a degree in
welding. His responsibilities at RMC include welding and
fabricating.
Travis
Jones joined RMC in 2006. His responsibilities include parts,
purchasing and some service
work. Prior to joining RMC, he worked at Ruda
Chevrolet and at Monroe Honda in the parts department.
Josh Fredrick, joined RMC in 2007. His
responsibilities include electronic controls and process automation of all types.
Josh has worked for 8 years in the technical operations area of the food
industry, most recently with McCain Foods as a Power Distribution Specialist.
